China is the world’s largest real estate market,also the world’s largest real estate market for the elderly,and it has drawn widespread attention of international and domestic investors. Overall,China’s seniors’ real estate industry is still in its infancy,being confronted with challenges,including uneven effective rigid demand,unclear profit model,and uncompleted industrial chain etc. From a long-term perspective,seniors’ real estate industry has a huge potential for development with a rising rigid demand along with the rapid economic and social development. With full understanding on new concept of an aging society and age-friendly environment,and new service-oriented development strategies of the industry,the investors need to foster a new environment of seniors’ real estate industry with humanistic care,livable environment and rational exuberance.
