Haze and fog have caused great concern recently and their countermeasures in megacities have been regarded by central government as a top priority environmental protection work. Much as been done in Beijing，Shanghai and Guangzhou that emissions of air pollutants have been cut down. However，although air quality continues to improve，it is still not up to standard. This paper is to put forwards six countermeasures to deal with haze and fog.
