International cooperation and competition in regions and sub-regions and regional pluralism are becoming a new trend in pluralism of economic globalization. Affected with the deepening of the world economic crisis，the SCO must make the strategic choice that consolidates the interior mechanism of the SCO’s economic cooperation and implements the measures and plans for its economic cooperation. This accords with the trends in world political and economic development and agrees with appeals in the interest of its own member states as well.
