For long years，Afganistan’s situation and its impact is one of the inevitable important issues for its neighborly countries in the process in which they take their own security into consideration，maintain regional stability，and conduct regional cooperation. As the on-coming US military withdrawal from Afganistan and the 2014 presidential election of Afganistan approach，the regional states，and SCO member states in particular pay greater attention to this concern accordingly，making corresponding preparation and deployment，such as understanding each other’s position，strengthening communication on policy，and develop active cooperation.
