In order to achieve the economic transformation of Qinghai province in the development of financial industry，we should support it. This report is based on the scale of financial assets，financial institutions，insurance density analyzing the financial scale and the extent of financial deepening of Qinghai province. The study found that although the financial industry of Qinghai province has achieved certain developments，comparing with the national level，there are still gaps. This report puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations based on the above problems.
