Oceania island states are important part of Chinese grand peripheral strategy. In the first decade of the 21st century，the relationship between China and Oceania island states present full range of development momentum. The Chinese economic diplomacy in the areas of trade，investment and development assistance toward the Oceania island states has achieved fruitful results. Therefore it fully demonstrated that China’s peaceful rise and the comprehensive development have brought about great benefits to the outside world，including those countries in the Oceanian islands.
