The U.S. rebalancing strategy can be seen at two levels：first，rebalancing to the Asia-Pacific to recognize the growing importance of the Asia-Pacific；and second，rebalancing within Asia to recognize the growing importance of the Southeast Asia. The U.S. relationship with the Southeast Asian countries has been greatly advanced：whether it is seen from the diplomatic ties，military cooperation，economic integration，or the cultural exchanges，and whether it is viewed from bilateral level or multilateral level. These enrichments of the U.S. rebalancing strategy have posed some critical challenges to China，and China has to manage them positively and properly.
