This paper analyzes the trend of our countries’s economic situation and the world economic on the basic of domestic macroeconomic situation in 2013，then give a prediction of world economic and domestic economic trend in 2014. Then the article detailed analyzed Guangdong’s economic and trade characteristics，and predict the trend of Guangdong’s economic and foreign trade in 2014. Guangdong’s import and export of goods increased by 10.9% in 2013，of which exports rose by 10.9%，imports increased by 11%. We have a forecast：2014，Guangdong’s import and export of goods increased by about 5%.
