This paper will be based on census data，analyze the change path and characteristics of the Beijing social class structure through the three latitude of the industrial structure，occupation structure and employment structure. It is speculated that change of Beijing social structure trend is towards the “Olivary”，but can’t be ignored the occupation groups of floating population as its important support. In the future，Beijing needs to focus on the groups of floating population for optimization of social class structure.
