This paper is based on analysis of the survey results:(a)The first dimensional questionnaire reflected ten aspects of the basic situation.(b)The second dimension investigated six aspects of the basic situation of the teachers’ training and learning.(c)The third dimension investigated thirteen aspects of the basic situation of the teachers’ teaching.(d)The fourth dimension investigated several aspects of teaching evaluation of the teachers. The fifth dimension investigated the teachers’ attitude,language skills and ability to communicate with others,and this dimension was conducted by using self-report questionnaire. The survey results include the following five aspects:①PE teachers have changed a lot. ②The teachers’ training qualifications have been greatly improved. ③The teachers carry out teaching activities in accordance with the curriculum standards.④The PE teachers of secondary schools gave students assignments,but the evaluation of checking was not good.⑤According to the survey results and analysis of the teachers’ teaching attitude,teaching ability,language skills and ability to communicate with others,most of the teachers are all on the“in line with”or“hard to judge”level. This paper presents the following recommendations:①To conduct PE teaching quality monitoring and evaluation of primary and secondary schools of Doncheng District,Beijing,which is conducive to fully implement the education policy,to promote Quality Education,to improve teaching quality,and more conducive to teachers’ professional development. ②In order to conduct PE teaching quality monitoring and evaluation of primary and secondary schools of Dongcheng District,Beijing,we should increase training efforts. ③To conduct PE teaching quality monitoring and evaluation of primary and secondary schools of Dongcheng District,Beijing,the key is using the national education policy,and regulations and policies as the basis,and starting from training needs of modern people. ④To conduct PE teaching quality monitoring and evaluation of primary and secondary schools of Dongcheng District,Beijing,in the process of implementation of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation during Beijing nine years compulsory education,while improving teaching quality,to work for all kinds of physical work according to the requirements of the“Sports Law”and“School PE Work Regulations”.
