Through the analysis of legal problems of the cloud technology in developing smart city，this article，carries on the discussion to the cloud technology protection of the intellectual property rights from the perspective of intellectual property rights，contract，right of privacy and the evidence law，and then proposes that we must solve the related legal issues of cloud computing，from the standard，legal，commercial and other multi angle，thus creating conditions for the application and development of cloud technology，and then we could promote the construction of the smart Guangzhou.
