This article，researches the development status of intellectual property right in Panyu in recent years，and makes a brief analysis on the upgrading Pearl River Delta economic structure，and tries to find out the existing problems of the development of intellectual property right in local area. And it also finds the key points of the local intellectual property rights strategy，then put forwards the improving methods to implement the strategy for intellectual property rights.
