With further development of the urbanization process，there have more and more landless peasants in city communities transferring from villages. And there exist various contradictions and conflicts of interest between landless peasants and other interest groups in the citizenization process of peasants. Based on the in-depth interviews with Kunming landless peasants live in three city communities transferring from villages，above-mentioned contradictions and interest conflicts that Kunming landless peasants met were investigated. And the action strategies which landless peasants adopted in the process of gaining more interest were analyzed.
