This paper is an analysis report based on “business buildings networking platform demand conditions questionnaire” to understand the public service needs of commercial buildings. After analysis to several pairs of relevant data，it comes to the real needs of business building for workstation service functions. With the development of the business building workstation，it has been accepted by more persons and played an increasingly profound effect. It has been syncretized among the government，enterprises and staff adjustments，so that each party can get more. Though it has been done a lot with business building，there is still a long way to achieve better，practical and more efficient services.
