本报告对当前广东省老年社会工作发展的现状进行了描述，也对其存在的问题进行了分析。一是介绍了广东省老龄化状况及养老服务需求，说明了广东省养老服务整体供给不足、质量不高的现状；二是介绍了广东省老年服务的相关政策文件，梳理了广东各地市对于养老服务特别是专业老年社会工作服务的政策表述，并分析了现阶段政策对老年社会工作的支持现状；三是分机构养老、社区养老、城市养老、农村养老板块，挑选了一些有特色的、有借鉴意义的老年社会工作服务项目，对项目的内容、模式、成效进行了介绍；四是介绍了社会工作者在老年服务政策、服务评估等间接老年社会工作中的参与情况。
<<Descript the general situation of elderly social work in Guangdong Province and analyze the developing problem existed. Firstly，the aging of population and the need of elderly service is introduced；secondly，comparing the elderly service policy among different cities，and analyze the policy environment for elderly social work；thirdly，introduce several typical or pilot elderly social work service projects，include project in home care，community care，elderly in countryside and others；fourthly，social workers influence on the elderly policy and participation in elderly service evaluation.
