The paper presents the political，economic and social developments and foreign relations of the Caribbean states and gives a detail analysis of situation in Bahamas，Suriname，and Saint Kitts and Nevis. The region maintained long-existed political stability in 2010. However，under a weak economic recovery and unfavorable international balance of payment，it was confronted with the contracting traveling industry and increasing public debts as well as the high unemployment，poverty and crime rates. The deepening of regional integration and the relations with China characterized the latest development of foreign relations of the regional countries.
