In the face of growing environmental pressures in China，learning and using the strategy and wisdom of developed countries to deal with environmental problems is of great significance for our government to make scientific decisions and promote the coordinated development of environment and economy. Research findings，experience and methods of dealing with environmental problems have been relatively mature in developed countries：The United States，the European Union and other countries established a relatively perfect environmental legal system and management system，environmental emergency response system，environmental damage assessment；to do a good job of environmental emergency response by establishing information disclosure system，advocating public participation and improving environmental consciousness. All these have some certain reference significance on China’s environmental governance and the work to deal with public opinion on environment.
