Basing on the statistics and analysis of Chinese intermediate trade situation of last decade,this paper discussed the global product position of Chinese intermediate trade,made the Chinese assembling model revealed especially in Chinese foreign trade.Meanwhile,the paper tried to explore the path of industrial restructuring and technological upgrading for Chinese enterprises.Some ideas of developing channels and methods basing on intermediate technology upgrade were put forward and some advantages of intermediate trade were summarized at the end. <<
