This paper believes that New-type Urbanization should guide and promoted by ecological culture, and Baiyun District has the advantages on ecological cultural construction. After an analysis to the challenges and problems brought by construction of ecological culture, the paper promoted some countermeasures to accelerate the building of ecological culture in Baiyun District.
