This report summarize the cultural development achievements of Guangzhou Development Zone and Luogang District in 2012, holding that Development Zone and Luogang have achieved great much in terms of public culture-service constructions, supervision of culture market activities, promotion of copyrighted soft wares, improvement of mass workforces. In 2013, Development Zone and Luogang will proceed to carry out the culture-related work such as pushing on the culture-benefit-people project, shaping special culture brands, protecting cultural relics and heritages, building the culture workforce, supervising culture market activities and copyright protection. <<
