为充分了解和掌握目前中国金融法治环境及其效果，中国社会科学院金融研究所专门成立中国金融法治环境调研课题组赴哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔、大庆和唐山市进行实地调研。针对调研过程中发现的具体问题，提出了具有针对性和建设性的政策建议。
<<In order to fully understand the present China’s financial law and regulation environment and its effects，the research group of IFB went to Harbin，Qiqihar，Daqing，and Tangshan City to do field survey.
