<<With the enforcement of the general financial strategy of crossselling in domestic financial holding company,it’s becoming more and more important to protect the customers’ information as well as information share,cross usage and harmonization within the law during its collection,storage and disclosure.This paper discusses how the financial holding company realizes legal cross-usage of intersectional customers’ information under separate operation by distinguishing different customers’ information resource from the angel of customers’ information protection in order to reach strategic synergies under group integrated operation.Then,it analyzes the classification of customers’ information of financial holding company and the risk of cross usage of customers’ information.It finally demonstrates the legal obtainment of customers’ information and the principles,tactics and main points of its cross usage so that Chinese financial holding company truly realizes the legal cross-usage of customers’ information for its integrated operation strategy of cross-selling.
