我国目前道路交通事故侵权责任和强制保险的问题之源在于强制保险模式定位的混乱。世界其他国家和地区机动车强制保险的实践模式主要包括无过失保险、强制责任保险以及介于二者之间的特殊形态。我国现阶段机动车强制保险应当选择与侵权责任密切结合的强制责任保险模式。
<<The source of problems in China’s current road traffic infringement liability and compulsory insurance is the confusion of model positioning in the compulsory insurance.The main models that practicing in the other countries and regions are no-fault insurance，mandatory liability insurance as well as the other forms that between these two models.At this stage，China should select the mandatory liability insurance that closely combined with tort liability as its’ model of motor vehicle compulsory insurance.
