The article evaluates the banking rule of law since the policy of reform and open-up has been implemented for thirty years and thinks that the achievements of building rule of law by banking regulator are extraordinary，which forcefully push the stable development of banking.Meanwhile，the practice of banking rule of law provides important experience for regulators.The author points out that the regulators should set foot in realities，borrow ideas from experience，envisage the problems and improve the work，both should exert themselves to advance the long-range and sufficient developing of the banking rule of law from the aspects of defining the keystone of building，putting the emphasis on the layout of lawmaking，carrying out the regulatory rule of law and improving the mechanism of research.
