This paper analyzes the three development stages of the financial laws and regulations in the foreign exchange industry and elaborates such developments in the fields of the administration on the current account，capital account，foreign market and capital flow.It concludes that the administration on the financial laws and regulations in the foreign exchange industry in the past 30 years was successful and helpful in promoting foreign related economic growth.The paper also sums up the experience gained and lessons learned from the developments in the financial laws and regulations of the foreign exchange industry.
