中国证券期货市场三十年的发展，大致经过了萌芽、起步、巩固调整和加速发展四个阶段。证券与期货业法治化进程也随之由表及里，由浅入深，从刚开始时自我演进、缺乏规范和监管的状态逐渐进入良性发展的法治化轨道。在推动我国证券期货业法治化进一步发展的过程中，需要从立法、执法、司法三个方面入手，不断完善法律制度保障，加强和改进监管，强化司法救济。可以预期，未来我国证券期货业的法治建设将更加完善，从而更好地推动整个证券期货市场的发展。
<<The developments of the securities and futures market of China in the last three decades consists of four stages：the embryonic stage，the initial stage，the adjusting stage and the accelerating stage.Starting with lack of rules and supervision，the financial laws and regulations in securities and futures have entered into a sound development track.In promoting the further developments of the financial laws and regulations in securities and futures，we should perfect the legal system，improve the administrative supervision，and strengthen the judicial remedies from the legislative，executive and judicial perspectives.It is foreseeable that the financial laws and regulations in securities and futures of China will be further developed，so as to promote the developments of the securities and futures market.
