The infrastructure construction of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone was speeded up after Western Development，which improved the economic and social development effectively. Base on the planning，the infrastructure construction in the future should focus on the networks completion and strcuctrure optimaztion in order to balance the development of the economic zone. Meanwhile，the construction should pay more heeds on the fields which are closely connected with environmental protection，the people’s livelihood and countryside development in order to improve the economic and social sustainable development. The institutional arrangements should be innovated on the infrastructure construction. Both the govenment and the market mechanism play the important role in financing，consctrution and management of the construction.
