Financial services，logistics and exhibition industry are the core of modern service industry. To develop the modern service industry is helpful to speed up the economic growth mode transformation，to play the leading role and to cultivate sectional center of regional economic growth pole，and is extremely important strategic role to form a new urban agglomeration. This paper analyzes the financial，exhibition，logistics of the Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about how to construct a Chinese Western modern service center in Xi’an.
