One of the development goal of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic area is to forge the city agglomeration which is at the core of international modern city，the integration of Xi’an Xian yang. It is the important foothold in promoting the construction of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic area. This report clearly points out the meaning of the Guanzhong-Tianshui economic area and the development planning objectives and reasonable layout and structure of the space，on the analysis of the existing foundation and the problems，the paper further promotes the thinking and countermeasures of the rapid development and improving the structure.
