The paper explains the importance of research on R&D outsourcing in Guangzhou firstly, and then it analyzes the major experiences on R&D outsourcing development of relevant domestic and overseas cities. Thereafter, it demonstrates the characteristics, major problems and causes of R&D outsourcing in Guangzhou. In the end, from the perspective of development environment, value chain extending, enterprises R&D supply capability, R&D outsourcing service level improvement, R&D outsourcing talents base construction and technology exchange development enforcement, this paper puts forwards countermeasures for the accelerating R&D outsourcing development in Guangzhou. <<
