2009年1月,中国三家电信运营商获得3G牌照。至此,人们期待已久的中国3G终于尘埃落定。作为“3G元年”,2009年对于新媒体领域意义重大。鉴于3G的重要性,本报告从全球3G发展的视野梳理了中国3G的发展概况,主要采取网站观察、文献研究、深度访谈等方法,尝试从新闻传播的角度全景记录和分析3G网络传播,厘清互联网用户、手机互联网用户、3G手机用户、手机3G用户之间的逻辑关系,解读我国的3G传播的政策、技术、市场环境,对3G网络进行传播途径、传播主体、传播对象、传播内容等层面的解析。
<<The license of third-generation mobile communication technology(3G) was issued in 2009,so 2009 is very important in China 3G era.This paper reports the current status of 3G and Mobile Internet development and application in China. The authors based on mass communication theory,the five Elements of Communication Studies(5W) was analyzed one by one,showed us a whole picture of 3G era in China. Mainly sites observation,documentary research,in-depth interviews and other methods were used.
