In 2007，public interest law practice grew rapidly.While old problems continued to be concerned，new social problems have been revealed.Public Interest law practice has mainly taken on the form of public interest litigation.Public interest organizations and public interest lawyers challenged social discrimination，unreasonable fees and inappropriate management in governmental organizations.In addition，public interest letter has been widely adopted.Some normative legal documents，such as environmental protection，insurance，leasing，have been requested by appealing to legitimacy review.These practices have made significant achievements.On one hand，public law practice roused public attention and discussions to many social problems from all walks of life，which deepened understanding and achieved common understandings.On the other hand，public law practice achieved some successful litigation cases，which directly or indirectly contributed to the improvement of a number of institutions.
