In 2007，rule of law in international relations developed steadily.The United Nations，under the leadership of Pan Ki-moon，continued to focus on the reform of the United Nations，international peace and security，environment and climate change，human rights and the Millennium Development Goals as well as other key issues and urgent matters.The Millennium Development Goals of the United Nations is being reached in the filed of international economic law.With regards to China，we gained a lot of successful experiences，and made great efforts in reacting towards trade protectionism.Facing WTO，we are also in urgent need of improving legislative level in private international law and foreign-related civil and commercial trials quality，and deepening study in international law theory and practice.
