近年来,我国高校大学生毕业人数迅猛增加,大学生的就业问题日益引起社会的广泛关注,但跨国企业却是人才难求。面对中国高校人才供给与跨国公司人才需求之间的错位,本文对跨国公司人才难求现象进行分析,结合中国高等教育存在的问题对这一现象进行探研,并借鉴国外的经验,提出了相应的解决策略。
<<In recent years,problems of graduates’ employment attract widespread attention,as the number of our country’s graduates increase rapidly. However multinational corporations are hard to find talents. Faced with the displacement between talents’ supply and demand,we analyze the phenomenon that multinational corporations are hard to find talents in this paper,then discuss this phenomenon combined with China’s higher education existed problems,finally put forward the appropriate resolution strategy on learning from foreign experiences.
