近年来,在我国城市(特别是大城市)中,逐渐出现了一个以刚毕业大学生为主体的新群体——“高校毕业生低收入聚居群体”(别称“蚁族”)。该群体的出现,折射出我国城市管理、大学生就业、社会底层群体稳定、社会分配不公、教育体制改革等现实问题,特别是在高等教育持续扩招、城市管理日趋复杂、国际金融危机导致就业形势严峻的大背景下,这一问题尤其值得关注。本文通过实地调查北京“高校毕业生低收入聚居群体”的生存现状,分析了该群体存在的问题,并在借鉴国外经验的基础上,就妥善解决该问题提出了一些对策建议。

In recent years,China’s cities,especially in large cities,the gradual emergence of a newly graduated college students as the main body of the new group-“Low-income gregarious college graduates” (known as “ant tribe”). The emergence of the group reflects China’s urban management,employment of university students and social realities of the bottom groups,stability issues,especially continuous enrollment in higher education,urban management has become more complex,the international financial crisis has led to the employment situation grim backdrop,the problem particular cause for concern. In this paper,field surveys Beijing “inhabited by groups of low-income college graduates,” the survival of the status quo,analysis of the problems of the group,and learn from foreign experience,based on the proper solution to the problem put forward some suggestions.
