“走出去”已经是中国企业发展的客观趋势。然而,对外投资带来的巨大投资风险问题,致使不少企业在“走出去”中折戟海外。其原因之一就在于外贸人才的缺乏。中国企业“走出去”,无论是海外投资还是跨国并购说到底还是要人来运作,对市场和机会的把握是由人才视野所决定的。所以,当务之急是要培养和储备国际外贸人才,为中国企业的国际经贸活动输送高素质的人才队伍。本文首先对中国“走出去”战略下外贸发展与人才需求进行分析,然后对我国外贸人才需求进行了预测与分析,接着对我国外贸人才供给与培养进行研究,最后本文提出了相应的解决策略。
<<It has been proven that “Going Global Strategy” is the objective trend of Chinese enterprises’ development. However,a huge investment risks produced along with foreign investment,which led to many enterprises failed. The lack of foreign trade talents is one of the reasons for enterprises blocked constantly in the “Going Global Strategy”. Regardless of foreign investment or cross-border mergers and acquisitions. It’s up to the perspective of the talent to grasp the market opportunities. Therefore,it is imperative to foster and reserve international trade talent for the demand of high-quality person of Chinese enterprises in international economic and trade activities. This paper analyses the development of China foreign trade and personnel needs in the China’s “Going Global Strategy”,and forecasts the demand of the China’s foreign trade talent,and studies the supply and cultivation the foreign trade talent and giving some solution strategy.
