This report reviews the implementation of the Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information by 43 local governments and 59 departments under the State Council in 2010，analyzes the progresses and existing problems in the implementation of the systems relating to catalogue of government information to be disclosed，guideline on the disclosure of government information，disclosure of information upon application，annual report on disclosure of government information，disclosure of information relating to the budget of various departments under the State Council，demolition of houses and relocation of their occupants，and food safety supervision，and puts forward recommendations on further improving the system in the future.
