This paper adopts the innovation and development of Cultural Industry in Guangdong under the process of cultural restructuring as the object of study，and has reviewed basic history of the innovation and development of Cultural Industry in Guangdong under cultural restructuring over the past 30 years，on the basis of the experiences obtained，it is to centralize on analyzing the deficiencies and shortcomings existed in the innovation and development of Cultural Industry in Guangdong under such new situation，and find the source of restricting and preventing cultural industry from innovating and developing in the system，finally，a series of suggestions and countermeasures are proposed with an aim to solve the difficulties of the system so as to promote sustained innovation and sound development of Cultural Industry in Guangdong.
