With the change of times and diversification of social needs，theatrical production in China is no longer relying solely on state-owned companies，but created by performing groups of different types of ownership. Perform-ing arts have witnessed great diversity in their form and production mode，with the output of a good many widely acclaimed works. In view of this，this paper intends to make a research and analysis of some selected performing art groups，so as to find some experience of commonality and feasibility，and provide a theoretical basis and scientific foundation for the government to make future policies for the development and prosperity of culture and arts in China.
