Cultural consumption is a spiritual need following the development of economy and society. How much people need it is influenced by cultural environment and consciousness. Cultual consumption is an important standard to judge one’s educational level,a necessary condition of reproduction of human resources and labor force,as well as a sign of self-improvement. The basic features of cultural consumption are as follow:the coexistence of originally producing cultural products and sharing;the coexistence of active consumption and fashion consumption;the coexistence of personality and intersubjectivity;submiting to cultural content and brand’s right of pricing;the positive correlation between the increase of cultural consumption and the development of economy and society. At present,there are some constraints in Chinese cultural consumption.
