在创意产业快速发展的全球性背景下,文化创新已不仅仅是一个文化问题,而是兼具经济属性、技术属性、艺术属性,甚至意识形态属性的跨专业、跨行业的全新战略性课题。在创意产业的视野中,文化既是实现经济发展的有力手段,更是推动社会进步、形成国家与民族凝聚力的重要力量。创意产业不仅为文化创新提供了理念上的突破、政策上的支持,而且赋予其世界性的发展空间与话语平台。本文强调文化、技术与经济三者的深度融合,结合英国、美国和韩国等发达国家的典型例案,通过比较分析,为中国文化创新寻求对策。
