In 2012,the real estate market of Henan Province is in a smooth operation. Affected by national macro-control policies,the growth of development and investment and the area of housing construction and completion are reduced,housing sales continued to fall,and price falls with either increasing or decreaing trade volume. But in view of the fact that Henan is in the urbanization period in high speed,coupled with the Central Economic Area Construction of many preferential policies,Henan real estate industry still has a huge development space in the long run.
