In recent years, Henan Province has increased funds on urban infrastructures, as well as made innovation and mechanism on urban infrastructure construction, and achieved good results. These efforts play active roles in promoting socio-economic development of this area and meeting the needs of urban residents' production and living to some extent. However, there are also some problems existing in the urban infrastructure construction in Henan Province, such as being short of construction, unequal development, double restrictions from capital and resource, structural imbalance and poor management. Based on the analysis about these problems, it is suggested to make policy to strenthen planning, to consolidate management, and to promote investment and participant diversification. <<
