In the past year, Henan has made great achievements in the construction of urban-rural integration, while the practice also gained important experience. But as a result of long-term urban-rural split, the income gap between urban and rural residents is still large. In some places, the decision makers and organizers ignore the necessity and importance. The low urbanization level restrict playing the lead and load effect. There are many difficulties in the roads of peasant's citizenship. We need to start from the unity of thinking, rely on enhancing the towns' undertake ability and building the new type of rural social community, through cracking system obstacles, in order to form a new type relationship of workers and peasants, urban and rural, construct the new pattern of urban-rural integration. <<
