    生物多样性:气候变化背景下的双重意义

    摘要

    生态系统对气候变化同时有减缓和适应的双重意义。本文描述了气候变化对我国生物多样性已经显现的负面影响,强调保护良好的生态系统是人类消减气候变化的不利影响、适应气候变化的根本途径之一。提出我国应采取适应气候变化的优先行动,建议将青藏高原、西南山地以及西北和西南的河流、湖泊和湿地等淡水生态系统确定为我国适应气候变化的优先保护区域。

    Abstract

    We have to face a world of changing climate due to greenhouse gas emission from industrial development. The article summarized the latest observation of the impact of climate change on species in China and emphasized the importance of healthy ecosystem as a basic measure of mitigating the negative impact of and enhancing the adaption to climate change. Based on existing researches,the author concluded that,geographically,the ecosystems in northern and western China are both vulnerable and heavily impacted by climate change. It is suggested that the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,the mountains of southwestern China,and the rivers and lakes in western China are the priority conservation areas for better climate adaptation,and should be targeted to no species extinction and no degradation of ecosystem services. To do so,the management of natural resources should be improved,more field researches on and monitoring of the interaction between climate and biodiversity should be carried out. It is also urgent to enhance human capacity and financial resources on climate adaptation.
