With the cosmetic regulatory system gradually improving,the demand for regulation laws increased.However despite cosmetic laws and regulations are constantly revised recently,the whole regulatory framework is still lack of systematic,and does not match the current cosmetic regulatory system,and cannot adapt to the development of the cosmetics industry and the public expectation towards cosmetic safety.The cosmetic regulation modes in US and EU have their own characteristics and styles,this article studied over the cosmetic regulatory mode in US and EU from the aspects of the duties and legal basis of the regulatory authorities,cosmetics regulatory scope and principles,normal regulatory model and security risk management model,so as to provide a reference for China's cosmetics regulatory legislation and improvement. <<
