Establishing a system of pediatric drugs is on the initial stage.Making instruction standard,strengthening supervision,and promoting clinical trials for pediatric drugs are necessary now.We call on establishment of National Essential Medicine List for children and improvement of Insurance Medicine List for children.Legislation for pediatric drugs should be improved step by step.The coexistence of prompting and restricting is important.Especially,the pediatric exclusivity system should be established to promote research and development of pediatric drugs.Finally an organization system corresponding legislation and implementation should be established and children drug information should be improved compulsorily.Strengthen the construction of pediatrics department in community health service center and strengthen the formal publicity and education are the important measures to ensure effectiveness and safety of pediatric drugs. <<
