In the process of exploring and establishing the responsibility system of "Local governments undertake the total responsibility,The regulatory authorities shoulder their own responsibilities,Enterprise is the first responsible person",how to scientifically evaluate security situation of a regional drug is a difficult issue.In this paper,on the basis of researching and analyzing of present situation of drug safety status evaluation,drawing lessons from relevant research results,taking methods of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,according to the principle of guiding distinctive,focusing on critical points,scientific and practical,objective and fair,dynamic management,designed 4 level indicator and 30 secondary indicators,described the connotation,degree of association and evaluation methods of every indicators.Taking effects to build an evaluation method that can scientifically and reasonably,objectively and comprehensively reflect security situation of regional drug. <<
