为了提高上海市肉品安全水平,课题组以科学发展观为指引,对上海市肉品供应及消费现况进行了描述,对威胁上海市肉品安全的主要问题及原因进行了分析,列举了近年来肉品安全监管工作成效,提出了综合性及针对性科学监管对策。
