本文阐述了我国食品安全监管体系的发展和现状,分析了体制中仍然存在的问题。并且着重从政府部门的分工与合作方面,介绍了美国、日本、澳大利亚、加拿大、德国、丹麦等国家的食品安全监管体系。同时,以英国、爱尔兰和捷克为例,解析了欧盟模式下的食品安全管理体系,提出了对我国食品安全管理体制改革的启示。
<<This article is intended to elaborate the development and current situation of food safety supervision system in China,and analyze the problems still exist;introduce the food safety supervision systems in many foreign countries,such as United States,Japan,Australia,Canada,Germany and Denmark,especially from the aspect of work division and cooperation among government departments;and taking the United Kingdom,Ireland and the Czech Republic as examples,analyze the food safety supervision systems under the European mode,and provide experience to the reform of food safety supervision system in our country.
